Food insecurity continues to be a persistent problem even in our Los Banos community. Every week, dedicated volunteers from our food pantry are distributing 200 bags of food on average to the needy. In addition to staples like beans, rice, flour, masa, and pasta, we need other non-perishable foods like cooking oils, protein bars, and cereals. The list is endless. As you do your weekly shopping, consider helping the less fortunate in our town. Your monetary donations are also welcome. Please make your checks payable to St. Joseph Church. The ushers at the weekend Masses stand ready to accept your donations.
